When i sat down one day and thought hard about it, I realised that asking three questions to myself  helped me win this game:

1. Am i working toward getting past the maze and do I have my next plan in mind?

2. What proportion does this frowing factor form, of life’s larger picture?

3. Blank out the current scenario for a bit…and think – aren’t the little things still possible – chatting with the doting husband, sharing recipes and ideas with sister dearest, gossping with the girl pals, eating poha and chai after a workout, grocery shopping, making cards for the kindred, dancing to hip hop and making a hot, mouth watering meal!

Then hey! why the blues?!

I watch these colours and wonder…one colour, only by virtue of sitting next to another, heightens its owns appeal.

Each colour draws beauty from the other and transforms into a pattern that breathes life.

Last week, a thought struck me – simple yet striking. I imagined myself in the midst of 5 deadlines, 10 law books and 20 unwashed dishes………while lazily sipping on a cup of bitter morning coffee and pouring over the economist. The thought made me feel like i had met my deadline already….It seemed like ‘Prophet’ Vintagenow had come to share his words of wisdom – “stay still while you run else while you may win your race, you will lose your real trophy”

Whether it be meeting deadlines, packing my suitcase or cleaning my house, there  now seems to be calm energy while snailing along at Bolt’s pace
